Leap2us began with a simple belief: students deserve guidance shaped by experience, honesty, and genuine care.

For more than two decades, Natasha Chhikara has worked at the intersection of education and global admissions. Her career has spanned roles as a senior educator, Head of Department, student counselor, and Admissions Officer at a U.S. university, where she reviewed applications from students around the world.

Natasha holds an MS and MCA from India and later moved to the United States as an international student to pursue her Master’s degree in Communication. Having experienced the admissions journey herself and later evaluating applications professionally, she brings a rare dual perspective to the process.

Natasha believes that strong admissions outcomes come not from packaging students, but from helping them think clearly, grow intellectually, and present their authentic voice.

Today, through Leap2us, she leads a boutique team of mentors, including Ivy League and Russel Group alumni and a Professor Emeritus (Ph.D.), helping families navigate global admissions with clarity and confidence.

A Professor Emeritus of Communication at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, he has led academic programs and guided students across public speaking, interpersonal communication, conflict management, and leadership communication. With a Ph.D. in Communication Theory and Research from Indiana University, Dr. Thameling combines structured thinking with practical application.
