Natasha Chhikara brings over decades of experience in global education, international admissions strategy, and academic leadership. Her career spans roles as a senior educator, Head of Department, and Admissions Officer at a U.S. university where she evaluated applications from a diverse, global applicant pool.

Her perspective is uniquely dual. After completing her MS and MCA in India, she pursued her Master’s in Communication in the United States as an international student. This lived experience, combined with her work inside university admissions, allows her to understand both sides of the process: what students aspire to present, and what universities actually assess.

At the core of her approach is a disciplined philosophy:
Students are not “positioned”, they are developed.

She focuses on helping students build intellectual depth, direction, and authenticity, the signals that differentiate candidates at the world’s most selective universities.

Through Leap2us, Natasha leads a boutique, high-caliber team that includes mentors from the Ivy League and Russell Group, along with a Professor Emeritus (Ph.D.).
